The Economic Development Corporation of Clark County (EDCCC) has partnered with the Henderson State University Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (HSU ASBTDC) to form the Clark County Minority Task Force and offer specialized educational services for individuals looking to start or grow a minority-owned business.
